Math:

- Calendar Time-Counting, Number recognition and patterns.
- Kathy Richardson-I use the 3 Part Series and guide, Developing Number Concepts by Kathy Richardson, which contains a complete number curriculum for kindergarten through third grade classrooms. The books provide hands-on math activities using manipulatives which give students repeated math experiences. It is an approach based on years of research by the author on how children learn.
- Developmental Activities Program, DAP- DAP is a hands-on, math/science program with built-in assessments of Piagetian mental structures and math/science abilities that inform individualized teaching. Click here to view the assessments that go with this program.
